National Movement of Young Legislators

The NMYL is open to all elected and appointed Vice Governors, Board Members, Vice Mayors, Councilors, Association of Barangay Captain Presidents and Sangguniang Kabataan Federation Presidents who are between 18-40 years old at the time of their election or at the time of their appointment to office. Their length of stay in the organization will be co-terminus with their tenure of office as members of the provincial board, city and municipal councils
